Local Pickup

  • Local pickup is available at select locations.

  • You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.

  • Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • SHC Ebony & Ivory Boutique & Hana’s Garden is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are marked as delivered.

  • Please contact the carrier directly for delivery issues.

Incorrect Shipping Information
